Base HP  increased from 524.4 to  580.4 .

A Harmless Scarecrow (Passive)
Effects gain strength as Fiddlesticks level, reduce cooldown and increase their duration.
Level 6: Nearby services will appear for 6 seconds during Effigies placement. “

Scarecrow Effigy

Trinket

Active:  Places  an Effigy that lasts 130-280 seconds and looks exactly like Fiddlesticks does to enemies. Stores one charge for
115-30 minutes , up to 2 charges.
The enemy champion approaching an effigy will activate it and cause effigy to take a random action, then the effigy will break up.

Terrify (Q)

Passive: Fiddlesticks spells, if Fiddle war outside the unseen enemy to harm, Fiddlesticks foe  1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 /  2 scares along the second.
Active: If the enemy has not been terrified recently, it will horrify for  1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2  seconds and distributes 6/7/8/9/10 of the target’s current health (  + 1% per 50 AP) (minimum  40 / 60/80/100/120 ) as magic damage.
If the enemy has recently been terrified, instead they will have 12/14/16/18/20% ( + 2% per 50 AP) of the target’s current health (minimum 80/120/160/200/240 ) as magic damage.
Maximum 400  damage against monsters  . “

Fiddlesticks heals 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage dealt before mitigating, reduced to 15% against minions . Return 60% of the
remaining cooldown in a completed channel or if there is nothing to harvest .

Enemies in the crescent center are silenced during this time.

Fiddlesticks  1.5  channels seconds, then flashes the target point and around wildly flocked crow murder per second at all enemy units on the releasing of  125/225/325  ( + 45%  AP) magic deals damage.
The effect  lasts 5  seconds and  deals 625/1125/1625  total magic damage.

[New] Now gives 5 allies to 5 allied champions in the shield of Shield Durand (W) for magic damage shield

[New] Wither’s cast range is increased by 10 for every additional 200 Siphoning Strike (Q) stacks.

[New] Nasus’ size during the Rage of the Sands increases by 5% per stack of 100 Siphon Attacks (Q).
